The Heel & Lace Pads from Mueller Sports Medicine are thin layers of white foam 0.1 cm thick that can be used to reduce friction on e.g. shoe seams and the sensitive areas of the heel. The padding reduces friction and thus protects against blisters or injuries. The tear-off foam pads are on a perforated roll in a practical dispenser. The material is also very suitable for use with lubricants, e.g. Vaseline.
