Solve your knee problems
This product is ideal for strengthening the leg muscles in the event of knee problems or injuries, for relieving pressure on the patella and for stretching the calf muscles in physiotherapy practices or gyms with slight inclines. The height of the Knee Fit can be adjusted quickly and safely in 4 positions and can be practiced safely with both feet or in a lunge thanks to the non-slip coating. Squats can be performed with and without weights or with and without multifunctional bands using the different inclines to suit the user's ability level.
Stretch your calf, take the strain off your knee, avoid foot misalignments thanks to easier training conditions and slowly build up your leg strength. The Kniefit is compact and can be used anywhere - even at your desk you can relieve your posture and prevent back pain.
Adjust the Kniefit safely and flexibly
With the cleverly designed one-handed sliding mechanism, you can quickly adjust your standing surface to the desired angle of 8°-16°-23°-30°. No screwing, no slipping down, no instability, instead absolute safety in a self-contained system. This allows you to train your ankle joint mobility accordingly.
Anti-slip standing surface
The generously sized standing surface allows you to perform exercises with a hip-width stance and has a roughened anti-slip coating. The coating minimizes slipping under high foot loads during strength training.
Integrated toe and heel protection
A toe and heel protector integrated into the footrest board reduces the contact pressure on the toes or heels depending on the standing position. The padding offers you additional comfort. The stop bar can be inserted on both sides, depending on which exercises are being performed. Attaching resistance bands Kniefit offers you the option of attaching additional resistance bands to increase your training load at preset foot angles and improve your leg strength with squat exercises. By attaching the resistance bands, you can train anywhere without having to carry heavy additional weights.
By adjusting the angle of the standing surface towards plantar flexion, you can take the strain off your Achilles tendons as well as your knee individually when performing the exercise. This allows you to perform the exercise down to a deep squat even if your muscles are shortened.
