The warm hay flower bag, the temperature of which must not exceed 42 °C, is placed directly on the area to be treated, covered and left for 30 - 40 minutes.

Practice: place the bag in a pot over hot (not boiling) water using a suitable insert and allow the hot water vapor to soak through | Private: pour enough boiling water over the bag to just cover it, leave to stand for 5 minutes (do not bring to the boil), pour off the water and drain the bag well, squeezing it out with hands protected by cold washcloths.
