The Gatepress pelvic floor training device is a revolutionary training device that has been specially developed to stabilize and strengthen the pelvic floor. It can also be used to activate the back muscles, the shoulder chain and the hips. The set consists of a short bar, 2 springs (strength 1 & 2) and cover socks. Due to the individual adaptability to any body size up to 175 cm, different intensity levels can be achieved. With just 6 minutes of training per day, you can strengthen your pelvic floor and prevent or reduce incontinence or recover after childbirth or menopause, as well as regenerate after prostate surgery. It also improves your posture, stabilizes your hips and builds up the muscles in your chest and arms. For advanced users, there are 4 additional spring levels to complement the large set.
