The Konnector is a one-rope pulley system with loops for arms and legs. The patented system allows independent and simultaneous movements of both arms and legs. The user experiences constant and proprioceptive feedback from the pulley. This facilitates the integration of the whole body and stronger core activation in dynamic, new ways.
