In combination with the Balanced Body® Reformer, the Standard Sitting Box extends the Reformer training with exercises in the prone position, abdominal exercises, lateral stretches and as a comfortable option for exercises in a sitting position.

The Standard Sitting Box has high-quality upholstery and is sized to optimally adapt to different clients and different teaching styles.
