Moist heat is more intense and more effective than the usual dry heat from hot water bottles, electric heating pads or most grain pillows. Under a comfortable, skin-friendly cover, special microspheres store moisture and release it after heating. The cushion retains heat for up to 30 minutes, is latex-free and environmentally friendly. After heating in the microwave, it can simply be placed on top. Removes moisture from the air and releases it as pure, deeply penetrating, moist warmth after heating in the microwave; no additional moistening necessary.

Indikationen

Muskelverspannungen, -schmerzen, Arthritis, Linderung von Rücken-, Nacken und Schulterschmerzen, Spannungskopfschmerzen, bei Erkältungen und, Menstruationsschmerzen, empfehlenswert ist auch die Anwendung im Wechsel mit Kältepacks bei z.B. Schleimbeutel-Entzündungen.

Kontraindikationen

Offene Wunden bzw. Entzündungen, mangelnde, Compliance des Nutzers/Patienten, Kinder ohne Aufsicht von Erwachsenen, gestörte Hautsensorik.
