Return of articles

It may happen that a product you have ordered does not meet your expectations. If you would like to return the item, please send us an RMA order to open an RMA. If the goods are still unopened and the original packaging is undamaged, they can be returned within 30 days for a credit note.

Please understand that we may return products that we have ordered especially for you (items from our own range and items from other ranges) that are not in perfect condition or are not returned with the complete scope of delivery, have damaged packaging or signs of use, only for a processing fee or not at all can take them back.

Unrestricted right of return

One return for creditto the purchase price is only possible if:

A return for credit note is possible after individual examination and deduction of a processing fee. possible if:

  • consumables are unopened (gel, lotion, massage oil, disinfectant, etc.).
  • the item shows signs of use shows signs of wear.
  • the accessories supplied are fully available is included.

The individual inspection is carried out by our specialist staff. A return cannot be guaranteed, even if you have received an RMA number in the returns process. The processing fee after individual examination is at least 20% of the current daily price (maximum of the purchase price). The possibility of a return and the specific amount of the lump sum to be deducted from the credit note can only be decided after an inspection has been carried out. In addition, a restoration fee of CHF 50.00 will be deducted from the credit if the operating system has already been installed on electronic devices.

Note: The processing fee serves to cover the costs of the return process. We offer opened, used products marked as "checked returns" with a precise description of the condition and at reduced prices in our online store.

No right of return

A return and credit note is not possibleif:

  • Accessories missing.
  • Consumables are open.
  • Hygienic reasons for products (exception: unopened, in complete original packaging).
  • the items in question have been registered by the customer.
  • they are foodstuffs.
  • the original labels have been removed from textiles and/or the textiles show signs of use (odor, stains, etc.).
