The Trimm-Top 500 Vario is a very high-quality and versatile rocker and gyro board. The standing surface offers the possibility of a two-footed positioning in a safe hip-width stance and an easy ascent, e.g. for senior citizens. It is therefore also ideally suited for use in fall prevention, where the control of force distribution to the feet can be trained and improved very well. It also strengthens the entire leg musculature as well as parts of the core, back and abdominal muscles. This relieves pressure on the joints and improves posture and stability. The wooden hemisphere provides the exerciser with clear movement information about the position and offers the best rolling properties under load.

Thanks to the professional magnetic connection of the wooden hemispheres, the conversion from spinning top to seesaw is a simple operation. 4 different positions of the wooden hemispheres offer a varied workout for recreational and competitive athletes of all ages.
