The Pedalo-Vestimed 50 is a versatile training device that can be used for free standing, sitting, supporting or lying down. Thanks to the Senso spring system, which enables soft deflection from a load of 15 kg and intelligently adapts to the body weight, all exercises can be performed in an unstable position. The impulses to the nervous system and muscles are intensified and training with a proprioceptive effect is more effective. In addition to improving depth sensitivity, the ability to react and balance is trained and the interaction between nerves and muscles is enhanced. Depending on the exercise, whole-body stability can be increased or the leg axis (ankle, knee and hip joints) can be stabilized.

Field of application

Load

From 95 kg body weight, we recommend using an additional spring insert element. This allows the spring play and therefore the effect to be maintained even with a higher body weight. The spring is inserted without tools. If the Vestimed is used by several people with different weights, this would be the recommendation
