Pernaton Classic capsules contain green-lipped mussel extract and vitamin C. The green-lipped mussel extract naturally contains glycosaminoglycans, which are a component of healthy cartilage. Vitamin C supports normal collagen formation, which is needed for regular cartilage function. Healthy cartilage is an important basis for joint mobility. The capsules can be taken preventively and to support the joints in the event of overloading. Application: In the first 3 months: 3 capsules per day. If necessary, the intake can be increased to up to 6 capsules. After 3 months 2 capsules daily. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Anwendung
