Application:

Clean and dry the skin before use. Apply the cupping glass to the desired area. Create the desired vacuum by lifting the hand pump and let it work. To release the cupping head, apply slight pressure to the valve at the end of the head to allow the vacuum to escape.

Cleaning:

Use lukewarm soapy water to clean the cupping glasses. An autoclave can be used to sterilize the cups. Please ensure that you remove the valves before sterilizing the cupping glasses.

The cupping glasses should not be applied to the skin for longer than 10 minutes. The cupping glasses must be applied to the skin hygienically. Do not use damaged cupping glasses.
