A full bath combines three therapeutically effective factors: heat (muscle relaxation, vasodilation), buoyancy (relief of pressure on the joints), and—when herbal bath additives are used—the pharmacological effects of essential oils absorbed through the skin and inhaled. This combination makes the therapeutic bath a valuable complement to manual therapies.

Hot tub additives

Instructions for Use

Temperature: 36–38 °C for full baths—do not exceed 39 °C without consulting a doctor. Duration: 15–20 minutes. Dosage: 15–30 ml of herbal bath oil per bathtub (approx. 150 liters). Rest after the bath and drink plenty of fluids.

In cases of acute inflammation, severe cardiovascular disease, acute skin lesions, pregnancy (first 3 months), and after large meals. If in doubt, consult a doctor.

How do I tell the difference between hot tub and regular bath additives?

Whirlpool additives are indicated in the product name. Regular herbal oil baths produce too much foam for and can damage the pump.
