Accurate dosing – common mistakes

Distance: Hold the device 3–5 cm your forehead. If it’s too close or too far, the reading will be inaccurate.
Your forehead must be dry —sweat can lower the reading by up to 1°C.
Wait 30 minutes after physical activity or exposure to cold.
