: If you're looking for smoother transitions during your Reformer exercises, Double Loops are just the thing. These versatile loops offer a 2-in-1 solution: a short loop for for your hand and a longer loop for for your foot. This means you'll need to readjust the ropes much less frequently during your workout.
We offer the Double Loops developed by Balanced Body in D-ring and SoftTouch versions, as well as in padded polypropylene or cotton versions. D-ring loops are attached to the rope system using conventional metal rings, while SoftTouch loops contain no metal components and are therefore quieter. All Double Loops feature a short loop measuring approximately 25 cm and a longer loop measuring approximately 40 cm.
