Correct setting

1. The patient stands upright with arms hanging at their sides: the handle is at wrist level.
2. Elbows bent at a 20–30° angle when supporting the body. Too steep = shoulder problems; too flat = no force transfer.
3. The forearm support is positioned approximately two finger-widths below the elbow crease.
