Padded jumpboards give the reformer great versatility. In addition to jumping and other cardio exercises, a padded footplate also creates a biomechanically accurate standing position when lying on the Reformer.
If you would like to retrofit your Allegro Reformer (purchased before June 21, 2007) with the latest Allegro Reformer Footplate with Handles, you will need the Retrofit Kit.
