With a power band, you can improve strength, mobility, and flexibility. Resistance bands offer endless training possibilities. Different resistance levels allow for a systematic training progression, and since the resistance is progressive, AIREX pull-up bands can also be combined to increase the overall resistance.

• Resistance bands are consumable products—regular inspection is essential for safety.
• Lifespan depends heavily on usage, care, and storage.
• Do not store or use outdoors or in areas with intense UV exposure.
• Use only for intended training purpose.
• Do not continue to use if there is visible damage or if elasticity has diminished.
  

Cleaning

• Wipe it down with a damp cloth after each use.
• If heavily soiled, clean with lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
• Do not use alcohol-based disinfectants, as they can cause the material to become brittle.
• Do not use harsh cleaning agents, solvents, or bleach.
• Let it air dry.
• Do not expose to direct heat (e.g., radiators, sunlight, dryers).
• Allow to dry completely before storing.

Material protection

• Minimize contact with oils, greases, lotions, or sweat residue.
• Do not use on rough or sharp-edged surfaces.
• Do not overstretch—use only within the specified load limits.
• Before each use, check for cracks, material fatigue, or thinning.
• Replace immediately if damaged (safety hazard!).
