Conventional fixation bandages easily "slip" at joints or when fixing cast splints. Not so with Elastomull adhesive. The elastic cohesive bandage is coated with a latex-free synthetic polymer. As a result, the individual wrapping layers adhere particularly securely to each other. This results in an excellent, crease-free fit with fast and material-saving application. Thanks to the special weaving technique and the highly elastic, crimped polyamide threads, Elastomull haft has excellent elasticity, which is retained even when worn for long periods.
