COMFORTACT PLUS ball-of-foot cushions were developed to protect the forefoot from pressure. The ball of the foot features the specially developed EPITHELIUM 26 silicone gel module with a "nubby effect," which ensures comfort in the forefoot and optimally distributes pressure.

The ergonomic bridge, which adapts to the natural shape of the big toe, prevents irritation between the toes and for comfort. The exclusive fit and lasting elasticity of the fabric optimize support for the foot. In addition, the thinness of the cushions makes it possible to wear tight shoes and limits the feeling of instability when walking.
