Working out in the gym or outdoors is easy with the EZ Cinch Anchor. Follow these simple instructions to set up your Iron Neck or Fitness Bundle and begin your workout. Note: Always make sure the post and anchor position are secure. Regularly check all components for wear. If wear is present, stop and replace the product. Do not apply more than 50 lbs of resistance (approx. 23 kg) to a single anchor clip at one time.
