Your new companion for even more effective fascia training: the Franklin Posture Mat sustainably improves your posture while you stand on it - and simultaneously tap your shoulders, pelvis and back, for example. You can also place it behind your back in a relaxed position while sitting and benefit from its circulation-promoting effect and greater well-being.
No matter how you use the Franklin Posture Mat: It grounds you from the first encounter. It helps in many ways by gently stimulating the foot reflex zones, improving the function of the feet and stabilizing and strengthening ankle joints.
for optimum results, we recommend using it at the same time as the Original Franklin-Methode® Ball or the Franklin-Methode® Softball.
