Using your own body as a counterweight, the Gymstick functional trainer/sling trainer effectively trains the entire body. Maintaining body tension and using your own body weight is particularly important, so that the workout has a positive effect on joint stabilization and posture. The tool can also be used for relief and mobilization. The combined grip loops are suitable for both hands and feet. In addition to the sling trainer and an integrated door anchor, the practical set comes with access to online training videos with the best exercises for strength building, coordination and more.
