With the Tower on the Go, your resistance-based tower training is as close as the next door! Two adjustable anchoring straps wrap around any standard door for quick and easy setup. Simply adjust the slider, attach Slastix or springs (depending on your choice of variant), and you're ready to start training!
Choose between two resistance options
2 yellow Slastix (resistance bands) or 2 yellow springs Note; springs offer more resistance than Slastix, but also less freedom of movement.
The door must be securely locked before starting the exercise. For safety reasons, the exercise should be carried out in the direction in which the door closes, not in the direction in which it opens.
