FAQs

Is the reformer supplied fully assembled?
The Metro IQ is partially assembled. The assembly consists of footbar, springs, shoulder pads and risers. Click here to watch the Balanced Body Garage video about the unboxing and assembly of the reformer. You can find the assembly instructions in PDF format in the documents

Why should you choose Wheelbarrow Wheels instead of Library Wheels?
The Metro IQ is offered with two different transportation wheel/storage options.
Wheelbarrow Wheels provide "under the bed" storage (you need 23 cm clearance).
Library Wheels provide vertical mobility and vertical storage. Most customers choose the Library Wheels. The frame length of the Metro IQ is 158cm when the frame is pushed together.

Can I switch between Wheelbarrow and Library wheels?
Yes. Bracket kits are available for case you want to change the wheels.

What is the best way to clean the reformer?
Clean the upholstery and footbar cover with Balanced Body Clean or a mild soap and warm water. Alcohol, bleach and chemical cleaning agents will damage the upholstery.
Wash the loops in cold water and allow them to air dry regularly.
Dust and clean the rails, wheels and springs regularly.

This Balanced Body Oversized Standing Platform is a welcome solution for customers with larger feet and when working in external rotation.

The Allegro 2 Reformer Mat Conversion is used with traditional reformers with tower exercises.
The Mat Conversion is the key element when performing exercises with the tower and the mobile reformer carriage.
The Mat Conversion is easy to install:
Move the carriage to the head end and insert the one-piece mat.

If you would like to retrofit your Allegro Reformer purchased before June 21, 2007 with the latest Allegro Reformer Footplate with Handles, you will need this kit.
