For cold application/therapy, the Sissel Pack compress can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. for heat therapy/heat application, the Sissel Pack compress can be heated in the microwave or in a water bath.

Contraindications

Arterial circulatory disorders, Raynaud's syndrome, reduced temperature sensation, not for small children.
