The Precision Rotator Disc is used on the floor or on Pilates equipment such as the Reformer and the Trapeze Table (Cadillac). Rotator Discs without resistance have long been used to train stability and promote rotational movements in the limbs or core. Adding resistance increases the challenge and helps strengthen rotational patterns, joint stability, balance, and range of motion. Developed in collaboration with Viktor Uygan of Konnect Method.

Made of durable ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) and featuring calibration marks for easy assessment of range of motion during rotational movements.

Each Precision Rotator Disc is for designed for a maximum weight of 277 kg. The Rotator Discs are not adjustable and provide a fixed resistance.

Available in the following versions:

• without resistance Ø 9'' / 23 cm , or Ø 12'' / 30 cm
• light resistance Ø 9'' / 23 cm
• High-resistance Ø 9'' / 23 cm , or Ø 12'' / 30 cm
