This practical myofascia roller is ideal for punctual pressure massages, especially of the shoulders, feet and back. It is used in physiotherapy, osteotherapy, sports, injury prevention and self-treatment and complements traditional therapies.
The material made of dimensionally stable, recyclable EPP is odorless and impresses with its dimensional stability and robustness. With a soft degree of hardness, it is a practical, gentle helper for targeted massages.
The Sissel Myofascia Roller is designed for effective self-massage and professional use. It is ideal for loosening hardened muscles and adhered fascia, especially in the lower extremities (calf and thigh muscles). Regular use prevents hardening in the long term. The elliptical recessed grips are ergonomically designed and reduce pressure on the wrists during training.
