The elastic and tear-resistant 3D band in X-shape allows you to effectively address individual weak points in the musculature, train multidimensionally and stretch shortened structures by involving all 4 extremities.
The SISSEL® OCTOCORE effectively assists with its resistance and partially absorbs the force of gravity.
It relieves overactive structures, especially in the shoulder/neck area.
The resistance helps to initiate movement from deep within the body and build up tensegrity tension.
Guided movement sequences
Through the guided, supported movement sequences, fasciae, muscles, tendons and ligaments regain their natural interaction and the body's myofascial chains are activated and stimulated. Training with the OCTOCORE can therefore restore and optimize the functionality and cooperation of the muscle chains.
