The Gymstick Original Spareband in blue medium is a spare part for the Gymstick 2.0 and offers a resistance of 1-30 kg (gold). The band consists of two 75 cm long tubings with handles, each of which may only be used to match the bar. The resistance can be increased by winding the tubing clockwise and lowered again by unwinding it. This allows each user to customize their individual training routine.
