Leukomed is a sterile wound dressing for covering surgical wounds and accidental injuries. The wound dressing adapts very well to the body.
The absorbent wound dressing is made of viscose fleece and coated with polypropylene. This prevents the wound from sticking and allows for painless dressing changes. As the dressing is permeable to air and water vapor, the risk of skin maceration is reduced.
Composition
Leukomed consists of a polyester fleece backing coated with polyacrylate adhesive, the wound dressing is made of a viscose fleece coated with polypropylene.
