The ankle trainer is used for active, preventative and functional training, primarily to train the control, mobility and stability of the upper and lower ankle joint and to improve the posture of the leg axis (foot-ankle-knee-hip joint). It can be used on both sides and offers supportive exercises to improve and straighten the arch of the foot towards a healthy foot. Exercisers noticeably improve their stability and walking safety. Tried and tested in prevention and rehabilitation before and after foot injuries. Also very helpful in preventing falls by improving ankle stability.
