The three-part heat pack is suitable for targeted treatment of the neck, kidney, back and shoulder area.

Heat application

Place the Sissel Soft Touch PRO flat on the turntable in a clean microwave. Heat for 60 seconds at 600, maximum 800 watts, remove and check. If more heat is required, knead well to achieve even heat distribution and continue heating at 15-second intervals. The total heating time of 90 seconds should not be exceeded.

Cold application

Place the Sissel Soft Touch PRO flat in the freezer for 1-2 hours. (Not suitable for temperatures below -12 °C!) The cold Sissel Soft Touch PRO can now be placed on the painful areas concerned. The special frost-free Sissel Soft Touch PRO surface is very pleasant.

Contraindications

Unexplained or acute inflammatory or inflammatory diseases, impaired sensitivity to heat/cold, injured skin, tumors or eczema, cardiovascular diseases, impaired sensitivity to heat/cold, open wounds, tumors or eczema, cardiovascular diseases, non-compliance or kidney and bladder-sensitive patients, infants or small children under 1 year of age as their sensitivity to heat or cold may be different from that of adults.
