Training with a resistance band improves strength, mobility, and flexibility. The AIREX Multi Grip Exercise Band offers nearly unlimited training possibilities. Each exercise band comes with large and small loops that are easy to grip. The small loops are used for , while the larger loops are gripped with the hands or wrapped around the ankles to perform intense strength exercises for upper and lower body. Resistance can be easily adjusted by gripping a loop further up or down, or by using a different band with a different resistance level. There are three different resistance levels for the Heartbeat Multi Grip Exercise Bands: Light, Medium, Strong. The AIREX Heartbeat Multi Grip Exercise Band is made of an odorless fabric that can be washed and dried. The bands are made of textile, so they are latex-free and do not contain talcum powder.


General Information

• Textile elastic straps are subject to natural wear and tear—regular inspection is essential for safety.
• Use only for intended training purpose.
• Do not continue to use if there is visible damage or if elasticity has diminished.
• Not suitable for static loads or extreme tensile forces outside of its intended training use.
  

Cleaning

• Clean regularly, especially with heavy use or skin contact.
• Hand wash with lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
• Alternatively, wash on the delicate cycle (max. 30 °C) in the washing machine, ideally in a laundry bag.
• Do not use harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners.
• Do not use alcohol-based disinfectants, as they can reduce elasticity.
• Let it air dry.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not expose to direct heat (e.g., radiators or intense sunlight).
• Do not wring it out, so as not to damage the fabric.

Material protection

• Avoid contact with sharp objects or rough surfaces.
• Do not drag it over rough surfaces (e.g., shoes, metal).
• Avoid contact with oils, lotions, or highly greasy substances.
• Before each use, check for cracks, fraying, or material fatigue.
• Avoid overstretching—use only within the specified load limits.
