Depending on the pressure applied to your foot, the Pedalo arch trainer applies a stronger, localized stimulus to the muscles and plantar fascia of the sole of your foot. This makes the structure of your foot softer, more relaxed, and more flexible, while also increasing its mobility. Depending on how it feels, place more or less of your body weight on the wooden hemisphere and let the pressure point work on your foot muscles.

Many people experience some sensitivity to pressure at first, but this usually goes away after prolonged use.

Rotate the arch stretchers to create additional combinations that allow you to train the foot’s rotational movement (forefoot versus rearfoot) and your foot stability in conjunction with the lower leg muscles that control it.
