FAQs

Is the reformer supplied fully assembled?
The Allegro Reformer is partially assembled. The assembly consists of footbar, springs, shoulder pads and risers. Click here to watch the Balanced Body Garage video about the unboxing and assembly of the reformer. You can find the assembly instructions in PDF format in the documents

How does the Allegro differ from the Allegro 2?
Both are robust, reliable and user-friendly. The Allegro reformer has a wide footbar and is our lightest reformer, so it can be easily moved to make room. It has a sporty appearance and all functions are designed to be as practical as possible. Both the Allegro and the Allegro 2 Reformer are equipped with an aluminum frame that allows for custom configuration.
Although the Allegro 2 Reformer can also be moved using the optional Wheel Kit, it is heavier than the Allegro Reformer. The Allegro 2 Reformer has a footbar that can be moved along the entire length of the frame, as well as retractable ropes and loops made of fleece. The Allegro 2 Reformer has a simple, aesthetically pleasing design and is definitely an eye-catcher.

Can the feet be retrofitted at any time?
Yes, this is possible with the optional retrofit kit possible

Can the tower be added at any time?

Can the Allegro 2 Reformer be stored vertically?
The Allegro Reformer can be stored vertically if the footbar is correctly positioned and securely locked.
Vertical storage should be carried out very carefully by two people. Before vertical storage, make sure that the ceiling height is sufficient. To see a video about vertical storage, click here

What is the best way to clean the reformer?
Clean the upholstery and the footbar cover with Balanced Body Clean or a mild soap and warm water. Alcohol, bleach and chemical cleaning agents will damage the upholstery.
Wash the loops in cold water and allow them to air dry regularly.
Dust and clean the rails, wheels and springs regularly.
