The Functional Footprints were originally developed as an innovative and easy-to-use tool for dancers. They train leg alignment without putting strain on the ankle or knee. By integrating movements from the foot through the pelvis and upper spine, Functional Footprints can teach anyone how to work the foot, ankle and hip together to maximize alignment, strength, symmetry and balance in an easy-to-understand, sequenced progression.
