The reusable Cold Hot compress features state-of-the-art bead technology and a comfortable fleece layer on the back. As a cold compress, it relieves pain, reduces swelling and inflammation in the case of bruises, contusions, strains and bumps, as well as toothache and headache. When used as a warm compress, the compress relieves pain and relaxes muscle or joint pain, muscle hardening and tension as well as menstrual cramps. It is suitable for immediate treatment and therapy.

Cold compress application

Store the compress in the storage bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour beforehand. Place the cold compress with the comfort fleece side on the desired part of the body. Do not apply the cold therapy to the same area for longer than 5 minutes.

Application of warm compress

Wrap the compress in a cloth without the storage bag and heat in the microwave at 700-800 W for 30 to a maximum of 50 seconds. Place the warm compress with the comfort fleece side on the desired part of the body. To reheat compresses that have not yet cooled down, heat them in the microwave in steps of 5-10 seconds to the desired temperature.
