The Precision Rotator Discs from Balanced Body improve balance, alignment, core strength, joint stability and mobility. They are available in different versions: without resistance or with light or strong resistance for a greater challenge. Developed in collaboration with Viktor Uygan of Konnect Method, they are made of robust ABS material and feature calibration markings for easy analysis of rotational movements.

The discs can be used both on the floor and on Pilates equipment such as the Reformer or Trapeze Table (Cadillac). Non-resistance versions support stability tests and rotational movements, while resistance options specifically promote rotation patterns, joint stability and freedom of movement.

Each disc carries up to 227 kg and is not adjustable.
