Measurement on the wrist
This blood pressure monitor measures the arterial pressure on the inside of your wrist. Simply place the cuff on the pulse artery and the measurement can begin. During the measurement, you should hold the cuff at heart level if possible, otherwise the result could be distorted.
Simply measure your blood pressure at home
With the blood pressure monitor, you can easily measure your blood pressure at home. This is particularly helpful if you suffer from high or low blood pressure and therefore need to check it regularly. However, there are a few points to bear in mind for taking the measurement to ensure you get correct results. For example, you should measure your blood pressure at rest and not move or talk during the measurement. This will give you reliable data on your blood pressure at home. Please note, however, that self-diagnosis and self-treatment based on the measurement results can be dangerous. If you get unexpected results, consult your doctor and be sure to follow their instructions.
