The Push Sports Ankle Support 8 is an ultra-thin brace that stabilizes the ankle and provides firm and comfortable compression.

It is recommended for mild or practically healed ankle sprains to prevent recurring injuries, mild distortions or capsule irritation, and mild instability.

To apply the bandage, place it on the foot so that the heel section fits snugly. Pull your foot toward you so that it is positioned at a 90-degree angle and fasten the upper part of the brace. Then wrap the wider elastic strap diagonally across the instep and lower leg to the front under the foot along the outside of the foot to the inside of the ankle (figure "8"). Finally, fasten with the hook and loop material.
