Temperature
Make sure that the sauna is set to the recommended temperature (usually between 80 and 100°C) to enjoy the full effect of the infusion. Temperatures that are too high can cause the fragrance of the infusion to evaporate quickly.
Note
Make sure that the skin does not come into direct contact with the concentrated essential oils, as this can cause irritation. Always dilute the oil in water before pouring it onto the hot stones.
