: Thera-Band Fitness Band CLX
Thera-Band fitness bands are primarily used to rebuild and strengthen muscles in various areas of the body. It is particularly beneficial for people with latex allergies and for facilities such as hospitals, offices or gyms where "no latex" is a requirement.

The resistance varies depending on the color. The yellow band has the least resistance and is mainly used for rehabilitation after injuries and for senior citizens.
