What are the differences in frame height?
36 cm frame height is the most common height; makes all exercises easier.
46 cm frame height is ideal for less mobile and older users. It is also easily accessible for wheelchair users.
The 61 cm frame height offers good clinical ergonomics for manual adjustment and support but is too high for standing and lunge exercises.

How do you prevent the reformer from sliding on the floor?
Non-skid strips can help to make the Studio Reformer stable on wooden floors or low-pile carpets.

What is the best way to clean the reformer?
Clean the upholstery and footbar cover with Balanced Body Clean or a mild soap and warm water. Alcohol, bleach and chemical cleaning agents will damage the upholstery.
Wash the loops in cold water and allow them to air dry regularly.
Dust off and clean the rails, wheels and springs regularly.

More space for versatile training!

The Allegro® Reformer Platform Extender extends the footprint of your Allegro Reformer and enables a greater variety of standing, kneeling and lying exercises.

It is compatible with Allegro reformers from serial number 41501 onwards and is easy to install and remove.

The Allegro® Reformer Platform Extender is easy to install (and remove) on your Allegro Reformer. If your Allegro Reformer is serial number 41501 or higher, the Platform Extender does not need to be removed from the existing platform. The supplied foam padding ensures that the Standing Platform Extender is the same height as the sled, so that hands and feet are stable and secure.

When purchasing an Allegro Stretch Reformer, the extender is already included.

Note: If your Allegro Reformer has a serial number between 36396 and 41501 and you need an extender, please contact us by phone. for models with a serial number below 36396, no platform extender is available.

With practical Velcro fastener for attaching the push-through bar. This allows you to train safely with more space.

Why should you choose Wheelbarrow Wheels instead of Library Wheels?
The Metro IQ is offered with two different transportation wheel/storage options.
Wheelbarrow Wheels provide "under the bed" storage (you need 23 cm clearance).
Library Wheels provide vertical mobility and vertical storage. Most customers choose the Library Wheels. The frame length of the Metro IQ is 158cm when the frame is pushed together.

Can I switch between Wheelbarrow and Library wheels?
Yes. Bracket kits are available for case you want to change the wheels.

How does the Allegro Nextgen Reformer differ from the Allegro Reformer?
Both the Allegro Nextgen and the Allegro are durable, reliable, easy to use and designed for smooth, gentle movement of the sled. Both are made of high-quality materials such as high-density foam padding and high-quality vinyl upholstery. In addition, their sturdy modular aluminum frame systems allow for custom configuration for a variety of Pilates exercises.

The Allegro Nextgen is a further development of the proven "workhorse" Allegro. It features a wide infinity footbar that can be adjusted along the length of the carriage, offering extended exercise and positioning options. It has improved features such as thicker, more stable risers and beveled sled edges for a better grip. Its sleek new frame and leg design makes it easier for instructors to work during class and fits perfectly into today's Pilates studios.

Can the feet be retrofitted at any time?
Yes, this is possible with the optional retrofit kit possible

Can the tower be added at any time?
Yes, the tower can be added to the Allegro Nextgen Reformer at any time. The Tower and Mat Retrofit Kit is easy to attach and can be removed and stowed away if required.

Can the Allegro Nextgen Reformer be stored vertically?
The Allegro Nextgen Reformer can be stored vertically if the footbar is correctly positioned and securely locked.
Vertical storage should be carried out very carefully by two people. Before vertical storage, make sure that the ceiling height is at least 237 cm To see a video about vertical storage, click here

• Balanced Body Signature Springs™ also have a limited warranty of 2 years from the invoice date or after 3,000 operating hours (whichever comes first)

Exclusion:
Normal wear and tear; damage caused by failure to follow instructions, abuse, misuse, modification or unauthorized repair; scratches in finish or tears or dents in upholstery or foam.

When you equip the Allegro 2 with the Wheel Kit, you can easily change the position of the reformer at will. for those who need portability, wheels are a convenient and necessary add-on. for those who want to store the Allegro 2 vertically, wheels are required. Choose your wheel set whether you have added legs to your Allegro 2 or not!
