Comprilan is very kind to the skin, has approx. 90% longitudinal stretch at low resting pressure and high working pressure. It supports and activates the muscle pump and is extremely hard-wearing and durable without fraying at the ends of the bandage. The Comprilan bandage can be sterilized.
Solvaline N is a low-adhesion wound dressing that is particularly suitable for the treatment of exuding wounds, post-operative wounds, 2nd degree burns and for the initial treatment of cuts and abrasions. The compress can be used on both sides thanks to a perforated polyethylene film on the top and bottom and quickly drains the fluid into the highly absorbent viscose/polyester core. The Size can be cut to size for suit individual requirements.
