Balanced Body Precision Rotator Disc 23cm, light resistance
The Precision Rotator Disc is a versatile training device for targeted improvement of balance, joint stability and motor control.
Thanks to its high-quality ABS construction, it is particularly robust and can withstand loads of up to 277 kg. The disc is available in three versions - without resistance, with light resistance or with heavy resistance - and can therefore be optimally adapted to individual training levels and therapeutic requirements.
Properties of the different versions
The light resistance is ideal for the shoulders and upper limbs, the heavy resistance is perfect for the hips and lower limbs. The two sizes provide a comfortable platform for hands or feet, regardless of the Size the person. The discs feature markings at 0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees as well as smaller indicators every 10 and 45 degrees. The markings indicate the degree of rotation in the hips or shoulders and give clients and instructors feedback on progress, balance and limitations.
