Application

1. open the tabs of the main support and release the tabs of the belt support. Place the support around the lumbar region so that the pads are on both sides of the spine and the curved edge is at the bottom. 2. place the straps of the main support around the waist and close the Velcro fastener at the front. 3. pull the straps of the belt bandage forward and press them onto the main bandage. Adjust the position of the straps on the belt bandage to achieve the right support effect for you.
