• The patented telescopic frame can be extended to 249cm for training and retracted to a compact 158 cm for storage. An innovative 4-position footbar with 23cm adjustment range enables individual settings.

FAQs

Is the reformer supplied fully assembled?
The Metro IQ is partially assembled. The assembly consists of footbar, springs, shoulder pads and risers. Click here to watch the Balanced Body Garage video about the unboxing and assembly of the reformer. You can find the assembly instructions in PDF format in the documents

Why should you choose Wheelbarrow Wheels instead of Library Wheels?
The Metro IQ is offered with two different transportation wheel/storage options.
Wheelbarrow Wheels provide "under the bed" storage (you need 23 cm clearance).
Library Wheels provide vertical mobility and vertical storage. Most customers choose the Library Wheels. The frame length of the Metro IQ is 158cm when the frame is pushed together.

Can I switch between Wheelbarrow and Library wheels?
Yes. Bracket kits are available for case you want to change the wheels.

What is the best way to clean the reformer?
Clean the upholstery and footbar cover with Balanced Body Clean or a mild soap and warm water. Alcohol, bleach and chemical cleaning agents will damage the upholstery.
Wash the loops in cold water and allow them to air dry regularly.
Dust and clean the rails, wheels and springs regularly.
