For heat therapy, warm it in the microwave at room temperature (approx. 20 °C): 700 watts for for 45 seconds (max. 55 seconds) or 1000 watts for for 35 seconds (max. 45 seconds). After warming, knead it thoroughly and check the temperature. Always use the compress with a thin cotton cloth as an intermediate layer.
