Moist heat is more intense and more effective than the usual dry heat from hot water bottles, electric heating pads or most grain pillows. Under a comfortable, skin-friendly cover, special microspheres store moisture and release it after heating. The cushion retains heat for up to 30 minutes, is latex-free and environmentally friendly. After heating in the microwave, it can simply be placed on top. Indications

Muscle tension, muscle pain, arthritis, relief of back, neck and shoulder pain, tension headaches, for colds and menstrual pain, it is also recommended to alternate with cold packs, e.g. for bursitis.

Contraindications

Open wounds or inflammation, lack of user/patient compliance, children without adult supervision, impaired skin sensitivity.
